In light of Mental Health Awareness month and the pandemic, the Oregon State Bar has a series of CLEs specifically relating to COVID-19, working remotely, emotional wellness and other challenges of the pandemic. This is in keeping with OSB’s relatively new adoption of the mental health/substance abuse credit. The American Bar Association has also developed a well-being toolkit for lawyers and legal employers.

If you are looking for CLEs on other topics, several organizations have made on-demand CLEs available online. Here are a few places where you can find them:

Oregon Organizations

Oregon State Bar

Oregon State Bar Professional Liability Fund

Clackamas County Bar Association

Lane County Bar Association

Marion County Bar Association

Multnomah Bar Association

National Organizations

American Bar Association

American Law Institute

Federal Bar Association (you will need to open a CLE title first, and then select the state to see if credit is available for Oregon)

LexisNexis University

National Business Institute

Practising Law Institute

As always with making sure you are getting the credits you need, check the OSB MCLE information page for any changes, including new changes in deadlines and fee structures.
