Searching for available items at our temporary location

by Amanda Duke on 2020-01-13T16:16:00-08:00 | 0 Comments

Now that we are moved, there are a few ways to find what books are available in our temporary space.

As you are searching for materials in our catalog, look at what the "Location" of the item says:

If the location says "SOLL Broadway," the item is in our temporary space and is immediately available for either in-house usage or checkout.

You can also browse our collection by selecting the "Advanced Search" option from the "Search" pull-down menu. Choose "Location" in the search field properties, and then "SOLL Broadway." You can then sort the list by title, author, or subject matter.

If the book's location says anything other than SOLL Broadway, those items are in storage. We retrieve books twice a week for patrons by request, just tell a librarian what you need, and we will contact you when it is pulled from storage.

If you are looking for something from a specific collection, try checking out Collection Highlights. These lists include current CLEs, English and legal dictionaries, and state constitutions.
